"Thank you, Proximity. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s consistently on par with my favorite hotels in London Pall Mall & Saint James. Extremely pleasant and hospitable staff who seem to genuinely care, and most all have infectious smiles. Their eagerness to please is refreshing and comforting. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views of weeping willows and meadows within this part of the city, and the floors and walls are solid with so little sound bleed through that the quiet really takes me by pleasant surprise. Thank you for the tranquil and beautifully appointed lobby areas as well, and an overall congratulations to you. ..And the Print Works Bistro… WOW!!! Outstanding."
