"The gym was amazing! Lots of space and weights. The rooms were super clean.
The staff on the other hand were not the best.
I was in my room taking a nap around 1pm and my door kept knocking. I was in there alone and I had forgotten to put the DND sign up. I told them I did not need cleaning, so they eventually went away. At 2:30 they came back and knocked again and I yelled again I did not need it( I was exhausted). They instead yelled POLIZIA!! So I got worried and went to get the door. As I opened it, it was the cleaning lady. I’m like, “why would you yell polizia if it’s just you, I’m sleeping and I’m tired”. She then is like “I’m so sorry, I’m so sorry”.
That whole scenario was scary for a woman traveling alone. I went to go report it & nothing was done.
A different day, I went to go buy some pizza and the staff there had such an attitude."
"I spoke to the hotel to explain my parents were fasting for Ramadan and would not be taking up the breakfast that was included in our rate. They agreed to set aside a dish for each of my parents and when it was time to break their fast it was provided to my parents to eat in the dining area. It was amazing service and they went well above and beyond what anybody could expect. It's a great hotel but this was the cherry on top."
