"not a very welcoming experience.The check in was cold and not welcoming at all.Our bathroom toilet handle was completely broken off and they had to come in the next morning to fix it. Then the master king bed did not even have a mattress pad on the bed that was so saggy. The sheets a blanket were a reuse as well. NO ONE CAME AS PROMISED TO CHANGE THE BEDDING.We had to call again and then finally someone came and saw the linens and apologized and immediately at 9:30pm on the 4th day of asking tended to it. Just overall a very aggravating experience. The manager offered us $100 off and a late check out which the next day they were calling us and inquiring why we were still in our room and not check out. The activity that we were told that was taking place at 11am was changed and they never even bothered to tell guests. Us and several others were waiting at the activity center until I called them around 11:15 to inquire and then they said oops ! NOT a good way to manage the activities. The manager did feel apologetic and gave us the activity to bring home with us, though I know my daughter was till disappointed that she could not sit with the other kids to do it. Room was not as pictured, and the furniture was dated and my dresser drawer just had to stay open because the dresser was not level ( which is a tipping hazard ) "

"Front desk staff was very matter of fact, not friendly. If you have a balcony on the second floor, you may have a view of a roof. "

"Pay attention to the dates the outdoor water park opens bc it was not open and I was not aware until we were there. Staff great 10/10.. "

"The check in was rough. I had to wait 1.5 hrs before our room was ready. There was a lot of miscommunication about the room. Carissa, the front desk, stepped in and helped by offering breakfast due to all the problems. My daughter and I had been driving for 10 hours to get there only to wait another 1.5 for the wrong room. We arrived at 3:50 for a 4:00 check in. Other than that it was wonderful."

"The staff were extremely welcoming as soon as we arrived. The entrance is a bit busy as there is a lot of pedestrian traffic coming to The Island so I found it easier to use valet parking. We had a village view room which is a view of the shopping areas. The room and bathroom were very clean and smelled great! The hotel is located in a great location, especially with having kids. The food was great at Finn’s! Live music with dinner made for a wonderful experience. The kids enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub in April which allowed for fantastic views of the fountain and the Smokey Mountains! We did not bring any pets on this visit."

"Did not even stay. Took one look around and left. Room locked like it was not even clean. Beds looked dirty and bedding looked unwashed. Beds extremely uncomfortable. They also wanted 100$ down and then charged my credit card 270$ after the fact. I am still hoping to get my money back."
