Very clean, all the amenities you would need and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is we would have liked to have had chairs on our balcony. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
Great location, close to all restaurants and 20-40 minute drive to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Very clean and comfortable. Pool was nice and clean! Breakfast wasn’t the best, but overall great stay!
Clean, new. Spacious rooms with kitchen. Nice outdoor area.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Amazing spacious rooms with all you need. We stayed 1 night… there was no shampoo or conditioner in room… staff was prompt to deliver. Only suggestion would be chairs on balconies (or little bistro sets). Great accommodations, wonderful pool for kids… I’d definately repeat stay.
There was nothing unique or special. It was a good room with good amenities and clean. Not too expensive. Breakfast was ok and did offer sausage, egg, and turkey bacon, along with a waffle maker and various bread and bagels. The hotel location was at the very start of where "the strip" begins.
Only 1 thing i didnt like wasn't able to turn outdoor light off on balcony attracted bugs .Everything else was great grankids enjoyed the pool entire place was very clean Felt comfortable sleeping in bed with no worries of bed bugs.
The suite was nice, clean, and modern. We loved having a balcony and a real sofa, plus a kitchenette. The dining area was nice and large, and the breakfast choices were standard, maybe a little better than most. The firepits outside were nice to sit by. Unfortunately, we were there during the horrible "Slammedenuff" car event, so I can't be a good judge of how noisy/quiet it normally is, but I think under normal circumstances, it would be pretty quiet because it was set back a little from the Winfield Dunn Parkway. Note, if you like to have coffee before going down to breakfast, you might consider bringing your own little Keurig or coffeepot. The coffeemakers are just those cheap little numbers that you put the little pouch in and make a single with the provided paper coffee cups. We went out and bought a coffee pot first thing. Otherwise, there is coffee in the lobby, all night I believe, which is nice.
