"In terms of interior design, the best hotel in the town by a long way. Lots of interesting materials used with a bit of a chic-recycle vibe, buffet breakfast was excellent, clean and wide range of choice. As is often the way now, some of the younger staff are a little bit aloof and shall we say unfocused on your experience, so check in and restaurant service can require your patience, it's generational, so you can't hold it against them. "

"Very modern and clean. Easy and free parking as the hotel is directly above an Edeka grocery store, which was so convenient. We were able to walk from the hotel into the walls of the old city very easily. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly."

"The hotel is just over the road from the train station and checkin was easy. They advertise coffee / tea 24/7 but this was not the case, and the front desk closed at 5pm. "

"Room was too small but nice and had everything we needed. However, very weird place. Doesn't look like a hotel, more like offices. There is no front desk. Very hard to get an answer when I called frontdesk for instructions. I had to drive to a different location to get my key. Very inconvinient."

"This hotel is in a small, quiet village well off the beaten path, which is just what we wanted. But we arrived after dark and there was nobody at the reception desk. We tried to call the number, but our cell phones did not work properly. Outside the door, some people were smoking and somehow understood we could not check in. They were so friendly and helpful! They explained that there is a restaurant behind the hotel, and they would go find somebody. A young lady came and checked us in. Then we ran into Bruno, the proprietor. He showed us to our room and explained to us about using the blind to keep out the friendly local cat, while letting in the cooler air with the window. In a small village every place closes early, so we were concerned where we might get dinner. Bruno had the answer! He also owned the restaurant behind the hotel. He took us over there and cooked up some of the very best bratwurst, which was made by his son. This place has been in the family for five generations and they take great pride in it. The patrons of the restaurant were friendly as well. The room was modern and very clean. We wandered around the streets a bit by the church and a fountain. We could hear cows in the distance. Very pleasant experience!"
