"Bit disappointed with the stay there. The lady at their Welcome Office seemed to be surprised that we arrived and was looking for some paperwork around. She said shes not sure if the room is ready which is fine as we arrived at 11am. She then checked again and informed us that room is actually ready but if we want to check in early we need to pay extra €20. Ive already paid more than €300 for 3 night stay. If that's their policy about early check-in, that's fine but I found it a bit unwelcoming....
