They took our food alergies but did nothing with it nor did they make any alterations or amendments to accommodate the lack of food options for those who could not eat from their regular menu. I am alergic to seafood and half their options included seafood. The buffet lunch was fine but the set dinner menu had 60% seafood. Employees on board were kind and courteous and were one of the bright sides on the cruise however for an overnight cruise they lack fun activities to keep you entertained in the evening. If youre looking for a quiet and reserved getaway then this is it. The rooms and boat itself was decent but Ha Long Bay, the star of the show needs to be cleaned up... BADLY!!. Was in total shock and saddened by how filthy it was. Styrofoam, plastic bottles, desiel fuel and junk is floating evwrywhere. Have fun swimming if you like. 👎 Dont get me wrong, scenery is stunning even on a gloomy day; we had a lil rain and fog but the its saddening to see such a beautful place being destroyed.

Great overnight trip

Extremely disappointing experience and absolutely not the 5-star cruise that was advertised. Our cabin had a very strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom that spread throughout the entire room and made us feel nauseous. Even staff members who came to inspect the room had to cover their noses. We requested a room change immediately but were told there were no other rooms. staff lit scented candles, blocked the drains, and turned on an ozone machine inside the enclosed cabin. ozone machines are unsafe to use while occupied, which was extremely concerning. the smell remained throughout the stay and was still very strong and nauseating the next morning. There were also ants in the cabin, further reinforcing the poor hygiene standards. The food was also quite mid and nowhere near what you would expect from a luxury cruise experience. To make matters worse, the company switched us to a completely different cruise only one day before departure. We booked the original cruise specifically for its traditional Vietnamese aesthetic and panoramic room design, but the replacement felt inferior and completely different from what was advertised. When we requested even a partial refund due to how severely the experience was impacted, they offered only around AUD $120, which felt insulting given the seriousness of the issues and the price paid.we rejected the refund We do NOT recommend this stay

The trip was very memorable. Ms. Marceling, the coordinator, the cruise manager Mr. Bam and whole cruise team was very polite and done a lot of care. Room was nice with a gallery and great view. Food was also excellent. I Cant believe that Jain vegetarian food can be so nicely prepared by a Vietnam chef. Thanks to all again.
