"Absolutely amazing hotel. Looks as nice on the inside as it is on the outside. Check in was very simple and no deposit was required. The room was very clean and spacious as we had two bedrooms and a dining area. There was also a washer/dryer, but we had to buy our detergent. The closest store was a bit away fyi. Toiletries had quite some options. Our favorite hotel thus far in our two week trek through Vietnam. "

"From check-in to check-out, we felt truly special. The boat is relatively new, so everything on board looks spectacular. Our room had a balcony, offering a dreamlike view of Halong Bay. The activities were enjoyable, but it was the staff who really made the experience exceptional. “Cat,” the nickname of the staff member who attended to us at the restaurant, stood out in particular. The amenities on the boat were incredible from the pool to the playrooms and gym, everything exceeded expectations."

Fabulous!

"Wonderful resort with breathtaking view from our room. Room is very clean, nice and comfortable. The staffs are very attentive, polite and helpful. Got our breakfast coffee made by Mr. Huy Thắng, very appreciate with the care by the staffs here. We love here so much that we extended our stay for another 2 days. The only thing need to be improved is the restaurant here is a little pricey for dinner and didn’t have much choices, had to go out for dinner. Other than that, we are really love this resort. Will come back again soon."

"We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. "
