"The reception was wonderful. The host couldn't have been nicer. The property was clean. The service was great. We enjoyed the terrific location. Downtown was easily walkable. Great bar next door. There were a few issues. We are older, in order utilize the property QR code needed to be downloaded. I was unable to connect to the WiFi one evening, this was confusing. I wasn't able to call the front desk because it was on the QR code. There could have been more towel racks in the bathroom. The worst feature of the property was the limited parking. Very limited. If it doesn't work out there is a Car Park about 4 blocks away for 20 euros a day. Plan accordingly. Personally both of us would prefer a different hotel in Koblenz."
