Room was clean but small. The reason I booked it was because it looked like there was a fun terrace/lounge. The terrace was a small rooftop thing but no bar. The bar was on the first floor and both nights I was there it was reserved for a company event who had booked it so I couldn’t enjoy it. Also know if you haven’t been to the area before it is like their Vegas, lots of bars and girl bars etc. surprisingly the room was quiet. Overall just small for the price and a buzzkill I couldn’t take advantage of the bar, but staff was nice and it was clean etc

Absolutely delighted that we chose TABI Ueno for our first stay in Japan. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are well equipped (fridge, freezer, kettle, crockery, hairdryer, humidifier), the showers are amazing, the beds are very comfortable and there is excellent air conditioning. The location is ideal: only a few minutes walk to Ueno station for connection to all the major tourist areas in Tokyo. Ueno itself is an ideal base for exploration: there is plenty to do in this district too. Finally, the staff are so helpful and kind. Nothing was an issue for them and they conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism. Five stars plus from Scotland 🏴 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️➕

Great property. Service was exceptional. Loved the executive floor premiere lounge. Wonderful night view of Tokyo Tower and city skyline. Room service was delicious too. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

"We paid for generic theming and general access and we were happy. If you desperately want the explicit brand and the 15 minutes of early entry (maybe) then you should pay for it. We were glad we saved the money to enjoy in the park instead. Those access passes aren’t cheap!"

"Great location for a trip to Disney. The welcome lounge is a nice touch. I suggest for the hotel to put up a sign on limiting hanging out in the lounge so other guest can have the opportunity to sit. Some of the guest are using it as a sleeping lounge."
