"This is terrible, never stay here. The girl at reception has such a grim face it's scary to look at. They put us in a room with a broken faucet. The pool is freezing cold and there's no place to warm up. My relatives and I were put on different floors, and we couldn't get into the same floor because your card only allows you to get to your own floor. I don't recommend it. It's the worst possible experience."

"I was only in town for a couple of days, and this place fit the bill. I brought my dog along and check in and check out were quick and easy. The room I was given was huge! Wasn't expecting such a large room! The bed was super comfortable, and the room was clean. Was a good location too. The shower wasn't terrible either. Did feel a bit small, but that's minor in my books! Was a quiet location too. The only noise I heard was the rumble of trains passing by, but that didn't bother me at all. Overall it was a great stay. Will definitely stay here again!"

"The room was clean but no window to outdoors. We looked out on the pool which made it seem dark and dreary. Warm in the room. No extra toilet paper. Lits of great restaurants close by. The staff were lovely. "

"I found this hotel to be in less than average condition. The rooms were clean, but in poor repair. My first night was in a room that had a broken window that would not latch, ripped curtains, and peeling paint. The second room I had was also needing an refresh as had a slight smoke smell to it. Again, peeling paint, ripped shower curtain, wallpaper coming off the walls. The staff were wonderful in changing my rooms as requested and offering to help my stay more comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Hotel is on a very busy and loud street - not for light sleepers!"

"Totally fine. Staff was helpful when we asked to switch rooms to be away from the elevator, which was much appreciated. Gym was small but serviceable. Breakfast was not worth the price, but there are other options around. "
