"Very friendly staff everywhere ,I could mention a few (alibaba ,Suleiman, the waiters animation front desk they are all a good team).the Villas are perfectly designed and decorated .they compound is kept clean all through. "This is a lovely quiet each front hotel, we stepped from our door onto the sand. Roo.s are good and the staff were wonderful! We stayed in four hotels in zanzibar, the staff here are exceptional, very attentive and friendly. Hotel even supprised us with a free trip to the 'rock resaurant' and star fish beach! "Setting was lovely as were the staff. The food was very good but the room was very basic. Very small, no chair and nowhere to put luggage, only on the floor which was difficult and a trip hazard. Our outside space was great but our room was under the kitchen which was very noisy. Overall way too expensive for what we got."

"This a great hotel, suitable for those on a budget. It is really laidback and peaceful and great for anyone looking to get away from the stresses of everyday life. "Jambo… It was following a safari trip and we stayed a week to unwind and relax!!! The place, specifically the beach, was like paradise… Catered to couples and newlyweds… But even though I was there with a friend, I would definitely go back for some R&R!!! However, the service was slow, the waiters didn’t speak that well English, we didn’t have hot water the last 3 nights of our trip… And even though they sent maintenance every day, the problem never got resolved… And the bathroom leaked as well but luckily we had 2 in our apartment and we were able to use the other one!!! The food was delicious and the drinks too!!! Even though we encountered these issues, we’d go back in a heartbeat!!! Asante sana…"
