"My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."

Porém no check in, não foi autorizado a entrada no estacionamento na chegada ao hotel, tive que estacionar o carro na rua (não havia vaga), fazer o check in na recepção, voltar para o carro estacionar no estacionamento oferecido pelo hotel. Quando poderia ter entrado direto para o estacionamento, depois fazer o check in na recepção e entrado para o quarto."
