"This is probably one of the best hotels in Itacare. My suite was spacious and comfortable - the bed and pillows especially. Breakfast options are limited but still good for vegetarians (and abundant for meat/fish eaters). The beach access is very convenient, albeit the allocated beach space isn't that big. In high season it could feel cramped. Overall great, EXCEPT that I didnt have hot water in my room for the first two days of my stay despite reporting this to the reception desk a number of...

"Incredible value for money and we had efficient and timely customer service. In addition, when we needed help with a pharmacy purchase, the front desk was immediately on it and helped us have it resolved in 15 minutes. The breakfast had a good variety and great tapioca. The beautiful sea right outside and close to everything, super convenient. I highly recommed!"
