"１階に泊まりましたが、2階には若者が７人ほど泊まったらしく、チェックインしてからずっと騒がしく、叫び声、枕投げなどしているような音や走る音、ベッド等を動かす音がずっとしてました。夜中の１時ぐらいまで我慢してましたが、全然静かにならず眠れなかったので電話をして注意して欲しいとお願いしましたが、結局３時ぐらいまで騒音が続き、静かになったと思ったら外に行ったり戻ったり等を繰り返していたようで玄関が開く音、閉まる音が１階には響いていて気になりました。朝も７時過ぎぐらいから暴れる音がして全然眠れなかったです。本当に注意してくれたのか分からなかったです。料金はお安く良かったのですが、残念です。"

"Old hotel but refurbished inside. Staff so friendly and rooftop pool great but they need to sort out the lifts as you can only call the pool lift by using the disabled button. Breakfast was ok but did not change any day and food choices were bizarre with a battered food station and spag bol for breakfast."

"The room is spacious. Onsen is warm and comfortable. The view from the open air Onsen is so amazing at night. The bar closes a bit too early. The service is excellent. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly, some do speak English. The pick up service is great. We are so grateful that they even drove us to the Beppu when we left the hotel. We are able to catch our express train all thanks to the staff who agreed to take us there. Great memories in Beppu and at the hotel."
