"We were able to get checked into the property seamlessly but I would save my money and go to Marriott or Hyatt. We had four individuals on our reservation and were only given one towel in our room. Even though the property is undoing renovations that is no excuse to neglect room cleanliness, which was a concern as well. The bathroom was visibly dirty, fixtures that were removed inside the shower had leftover scraps of metal holdings still on the wall that were rusted and could cut someone. The curtain tracks were stuck and very difficult to open. Overall, the experience was satisfactory if you need a place to stay for the night."

"Because of my son’s club soccer career, my family has had the opportunity to spend many nights in hotels across the country. We have come to enjoy the Marriott and consider them a high-level mid range hotel. The hotel was lovely. The staff was great and the room was beautiful, however, the the bathtub was less than par. It had several chips all across the bathtub and simply put aesthetically appeared gross. It was operational and functional, but just terrible to look at. It seemed like it belonged in a motel six rather than the level of expectations that I have experienced staying at the Marriott Bonvoy. I did speak with The desk clerk, and she was very understanding and said that she would have maintenance look at it. I will attempt to attach some photos to show you exactly what I am speaking about."
