This was the best stay of our Netherlands trip. We were upgraded to the suite and had the most amazing experience. The reception is not manned at all hours but check in and out were simple as the hotel communicated to us the hours clearly. We had the ground floor suite and windows overlooked the path outside so we could enjoy the authentic experience of Dutch living!
