"We kregen eerst kamer 208 toegewezen en toen we de kamerdeur open deden, kwamen we tot de vreselijke vaststelling dat die nog niet gepoetst was. Dat is een akelig zicht. Onmiddellijk terug naar receptie en dit vriendelijk gemeld waardoor de dame onmiddellijk reageerde en ons een upgrade gaf naar een andere kamer (superior) met nummer 409 in de andere vleugel.
