"There was a distinct smell of cat urine, they have a non refundable policy and my room was close to the kitchen so lots of staff noise and plumbing noise. My meal was very substandard and most food looked very starchy."

"Staff were great, always friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a fabulous range and was yummy. Rooms were a great size, bed was very comfortable.
