The housekeeping were always available if you needed anything. Half board includes a buffet meals that are quite good. The telephone was not working and yhe doorkey had issues opening."

"Staff is very excellent and quality of food is very good. I had issue getting my reservation cancelled due to booking at wrong month. I could not get credit from Orbitz until I directly contacted front desk. It was done immediately. "

"Check In Team followed up to confirm arrival time and were ready when I reached so that check in was very quick. Request for extension of check out time was handled well and the front desk were very helpful. Overall, stay was excellent and this would be the hotel of choice for my future visits to Vadodara"
