"What a find! The b_Smart is right next to the station and walkable to the old town. Landquart is easy to reach by train and is a useful hub for day trips into the Alps and other directions. "No AC. We had dinner at the hotels expensive restaurant, I ordered the salmon, the menu didn’t say it was smoked salmon. Regardless, the smoked salmon turned out to be sashimi salmon, and the staff insisted it was smoked, well, smoked salmon should be translucent. The staff offered to get me something else but the manager refused to take it off the bill, not only that, she stood there and stared at me the whole time, she didn’t bother to apologize and told the staff to tell me I ordered the dish so I had to pay for it. I wasn’t going to pay for another entree and not know what I would get and I stayed hungry. She was a horrible manager and did not know the first thing at customer service. I will never come back to this hotel. Ever"
