"Behaved like a new hotel, tried to over price pre booked room stating peak season. Rushed check out resulting in forgetting a wrist watch. Over priced lunch buffet which is not value for money. With a kid in tow unnecessary rush created for check out, checked in an hour late, hotel key card was disabled leading to room not getting open to speed up check out. Made guest wait to check if room amenities were in working condition, meaning guests were not trusted."

"The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious. The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. Anoop, Anil, Kiran, Chef Ram and Chef Sarita were all very friendly and gave great service in the restaurant. "no accommodation or food for our driver. room was okay, no TV, no AC. service was slow The staff was not as helpful as we expected about the knowledge around the area. The stuff like slippers were a little dirty even after replacement, so not sure if they are reusing stuff. "
