We were told our room would be ready at 4, even as people around us all got their rooms early. 4:00 came and went. No room and no apologies. ..."

"This hotel is dated but remains lovely. Beautifully maintained pool, lots of flowers. Be forewarned however, the extra price for resort fee is questionable at best. Three times I was told I could not get a ride because they were too busy. I had to request housecleaning one day more than 3 times, ..."
