"Very good"

"Arrived ~15 minutes after check-in closed due to flight delay and traffic. Called the hotel repeatedly for an hour beforehand and again on arrival, including the emergency number, with no response. Was locked out late at night in freezing conditions (-2°C). Hotels.com were also unable to reach the property and could not resolve the situation, leaving me to find alternative accommodation at my own expense. The following day, the manager claimed the phone had not rung. I called the number in front of her and it again went unanswered. She attributed the issue to my phone and was dismissive, with no apology. Overall, a failure of basic access, poor communication, and unprofessional handling."
