We have lovely spacious room facing front of hotel Unfortunately cleaning staff did not come until 5 pm when we were back in our room after day sightseeing so told her to leave
Our friends who came with us were given room in annexe which had broken handheld shower and bathroom fan Their water was not replenished

The hotel staff at Eurostars Lisboa were more helpful than any other hotel I have ever stayed. They enthusiastically went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was great and the room was very clean. I will definitely stay there again.

We stayed on the top floor under the roof. The room had air conditioning, but unfortunately, the bathroom did not. The showerhead was also installed quite low, making it uncomfortable for my husband, who is 6’1”, to shower.
One unique feature was the old-fashioned, heavy room key. Be sure not to lose it, as the hotel charges €300 for a replacement! Overall, these are a few things worth noting for future guests, and improving the bathroom comfort would make the stay more enjoyable.
