Perfect location for restaurants, sightseeing and public transportation. Amazing breakfast on the ninth floor with a view of the city . And the staff were simply the best. "Absolutely wonderful room! So we chose family size with pool access and every morning could wake up with view of the magnificent castle. Having a fridge as well as kettle and coffee machine was a bonus too. Such comfortable bed…. Do book a room with pool access as it’s wonderful for views and chilling. We will definitely return and highly recommend mostly because of all the staff on reception who were cheerful friendly and most helpful - simply the best.. Thank you all."

"Nice hotel but the breakfast is chaotic. Cold fried eggs daily. I would find an outside cafe GeForce breakfast Meliá, why do you have a piano in the main area that is locked 24 hours a day? I wanted to play it but nobody had a key! Parking is next door and to say it is a tight park is putting it mildly It was no more than an okay stay and I would think twice about staying there should I return to Alicante. I did like Alicante though!"

"The a/c didn’t work in the room. They came to try and fix it but couldn’t so had to control it from Reception during our stay! Breakfast seemed very expensive for a 4 star hotel."

"Room was clean and easy check in. However the air conditioning was terrible it did not keep the room cool it kept switching itself off until I asked and apparently auto kept it on but this also kept switching off. Even when it was on it didn't really do anything. We had to open the windows and this is a very busy area so was very loud with motorbikes in particularl. The noise would have been fine if it was possible to close the windows. Spa was closed which was one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel with no prior warning this would be the case."

"Straight path to beach and centre of Alicante. 15 minute easy walk. 15 mins drive from airport. Very clean hotel. Only stayed one night so didn't use hotel facilities or breakfast. 3 adults and child in one room. Very large king double bed and double sofa bed. Tea, coffee making facilities in room. Would recommend."

"Reservation made 12 ago and specifically asked for a quiet room- given a room above school with kids shouting. They allocated me after argument to a mother room opposite a wall no view or light but a quiet so I agreed. The next day I have put the cleaning sing on door and left for a day trip - returned 5 pm and I was the only room that has end been cleaned - terrible attitude. Hotel is well located on beach and breakfast was good "
