Property was great, it was a hostile so there was no staff but in the morning time, you could catch someone in the hallways and get extra towels or water if needed. Amazing location, right in the center of town amazing restaurants, and bars nearby.

You are all by your self. There is no reception. It’s a machine. But very clean and not noisy. If you have a car, there is no parking just private parking at 25€ each day. But we love the location.

Our stay was very comfortable—the room was clean, spacious, and the beds were cozy. The check-in and check-out process was fully automated, which was smooth and convenient. Most communication with staff happened through text, and they were quick to respond and helpful throughout. The only area for improvement would be to address certain issues more promptly, rather than waiting for housekeeping staff to handle them later.

Perfect for our short stay in Valencia - check-in was super easy, the room was spotless, central and walkable to the center, cafes and restaurants. Public parking was 15 euro / day.

Easy and good for a couple of nights in central

Super central, easy to get to metro and walk around the city, easy check in/out, all computerised and no service desk, but I don’t mind that at all.

The check in process was easy and straight forward. They offered to store our luggage as we got there earlier than the check in time and I really appreciated the gesture. Room was clean and I felt that our needs were met. The location can’t be beat and there are lots of dining options. Would definitely stay here on my next trip to Valencia.

Great location, 4 minute stroll from the Metro line from the airport, 50m from a beautiful square, minutes from loads of attractions, bike hire next door, cafes, bars, etc. all around. Nespresso machine (new pods and water and biscuits each day), comfy bed, quiet and safe. I had an issue at check-in that was quickly and painlessly resolved by Expedia and the Hotel. Great service. Really nice en-suite and a nice room all round (room 4). Amazing value for money.

Room key mechanism failure

Sadly electronic room key did not work when we returned after an evening meal despite it correctly opening communal entrance and security panel in elevator It took 90 minutes for the local representative to open the locking mechanism and place us in a new room - very frustrating- otherwise comfortable and very convenient location

Nicely located hotel

Beautiful eco hotel centrally located with plenty of restaurants and bars a stone’s throw away. Central market and the metro is a five minute walk.

Absolutely perfect for a quick stay right in the heart of Valencia Old Town. Salvatoré was very helpful and accommodating when we needed somewhere to put our luggage before we left. Hotel was very clean and well looked after.

Nalu Valencia was a very good new modern apartment for us in the middle of the old town. With a nice and supporting staff. And withe the Metro you can go anywhere from here.

Hidden gem

Room and bathroom were huge, staff was outstanding. Perfect central city location. Loved the Rituals bathroom supplies. Beds were very comfortable, though some type of mattress cover (maybe?) made them quite noisy when rolling over and such.

Right in the heart of the city and an excellent location for the price. Make sure to get a couple key cards because you not only need them to enter and exit the building and room but also to access electricity in the room

Victor had been great help to us. We're able to leave our bags in their office before check in and after check outs. The property is right in the city thus everything is there, it's very lively! The interior of the boutique is so pretty too.
