Our stay was very comfortable—the room was clean, spacious, and the beds were cozy. The check-in and check-out process was fully automated, which was smooth and convenient. Most communication with staff happened through text, and they were quick to respond and helpful throughout. The only area for improvement would be to address certain issues more promptly, rather than waiting for housekeeping staff to handle them later.

Property was great, it was a hostile so there was no staff but in the morning time, you could catch someone in the hallways and get extra towels or water if needed. Amazing location, right in the center of town amazing restaurants, and bars nearby.

Perfect for our short stay in Valencia - check-in was super easy, the room was spotless, central and walkable to the center, cafes and restaurants. Public parking was 15 euro / day.

Super central, easy to get to metro and walk around the city, easy check in/out, all computerised and no service desk, but I don’t mind that at all.

Nalu Valencia was a very good new modern apartment for us in the middle of the old town. With a nice and supporting staff. And withe the Metro you can go anywhere from here.

Hidden gem

Room and bathroom were huge, staff was outstanding. Perfect central city location. Loved the Rituals bathroom supplies. Beds were very comfortable, though some type of mattress cover (maybe?) made them quite noisy when rolling over and such.

Victor had been great help to us. We're able to leave our bags in their office before check in and after check outs. The property is right in the city thus everything is there, it's very lively! The interior of the boutique is so pretty too.

Exceptional!

Unbeatable location!!!! Large and comfortable room with excellent amenities. Check in was easy and quick and excellently explained in the email we received beforehand. We were able to leave bags at the office on our last day so we could finish our sightseeing and it was easy to find and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend the Nalu boutique rooms!

Great location and comfortable room. Only downside is that sound travels from the corridor a lot and there’s a nightclub below which echoes through the central courtyard. With the aircon running as some white noise it wasn’t too disruptive but caught us out on the first night

Great location, 4 minute stroll from the Metro line from the airport, 50m from a beautiful square, minutes from loads of attractions, bike hire next door, cafes, bars, etc. all around. Nespresso machine (new pods and water and biscuits each day), comfy bed, quiet and safe. I had an issue at check-in that was quickly and painlessly resolved by Expedia and the Hotel. Great service. Really nice en-suite and a nice room all round (room 4). Amazing value for money.

The room was great. Very quiet, spacious, clean. Location is great, half a block from the Ayuntamiento and close to everything in the old town. The train stations are a 5 or 15 minute walk. I had a great stay. The self check in lets you check in without having to have someone meet you, so it's more flexible. If you are not tech savvy, help is a phone call away. I am very happy with my experience.

Room key mechanism failure

Sadly electronic room key did not work when we returned after an evening meal despite it correctly opening communal entrance and security panel in elevator It took 90 minutes for the local representative to open the locking mechanism and place us in a new room - very frustrating- otherwise comfortable and very convenient location

Excellent location. No one to greet us as IT check in. However quite straight forward. Small room with few shelves to put clothes. Water bottles daily. No breakfast provided, but the website said breakfast provided. Plastic and paper cups changed daily, each wrapped in plastic, quite wasteful. Two glasses would have been better.

It is a hotel without a reception. For us this was not a problem. To enter the hotel for the first time we had to go through a digital procedure. Since we had booked 3 rooms this took us a while before we received the 3 key cards. Very important it is to use the keycard inside the elevator. The Nalu office is close to the hotel (5 minutes walk). The people there were very charming and helpful.We could phone or app them at any time if needed. The rooms are modern with a very good bed and shower. Perhaps we could have used more coffeecups for the Krupps coffeemachine. The hotel is situated in the center and the cathedral is within walking distance. Nalu arranged a taxi for us on our way back early on a Sunday morning. The taxi waited for us at the corner of the street as the street is not accessible for traffic. All this went very well and smoothly. We surely can recommend this hotel. Elisabeth de Roode

The location is excellent, only 10 minute walk to the metro or train station. Great access to catch a bus or walk to see the sights, shop or eat Found the automatic check-in ok but very impersonal It’s not a hotel but a serviced room. The actual room at first glance seemed very austere but was very clean, comfortable bed, luxury bedding & towels. Free to use safe. The hairdryer was good, would have been more convenient if located at the dressing table/desk with a mirror. Plenty of plug sockets & usb points next to the bed. There’s a coffee machine & you get 1 coffee pod & milk person per day (asked for extra). Advertised daily pastries are actually a small packet of biscoff biscuits (the ones you get in a cafe with a drink) TV - only Spanish stations available, so no good for non Spanish speaking guests. Wi-fi - had to ask for the code but was very good once connected I would use again because I know they are spotlessly clean & comfortable, but I did think it was probably slightly overpriced for what you get.

Très bien

Hôtel en plein centre, très bien placé pour visiter la vieille ville. Attention on ne peux pas accéder l’hôtel en voiture. Chambre pas très grande, bien et confortable . Personnel très réactif en cas de problème. Restauration tout autour . Parking public pas loin.
