Second time here and won't be the last - a great value place to stay in close proximity to the old city. Well equipped kitchen, pod coffee and water provided daily. Overall great value for money. For light sleepers - fantastic full blackout blinds. Check in convenient and must mention Nabila on reception - who was exceptionally helpful.

Property was perfect, clean, shower had great water pressure and temperature. Kitchenette was fully equipped, including microwave, fridge and dishwasher! Lovely location near restaurants, 10 minute walk to Mestalla Stadium. Rooms were quiet, didnt hear street noise and could open/close windows. Room darkener. Ordered taxi and was waiting and on time. Definitely 10/10! No complaints

Wonderful family stay!
We had a fantastic stay as a family 2 adults + 2 children! The apartment was really modern, clean and well equipped. We loved having a kitchen to self cater breakfasts (also had fridge, oven, hob and microwave) as well as a sliding door between us and the children at night. Ideal location for access to the science park and aquarium, Valencia CF and the old town - all within 15 mins walk! Great wifi for all our work / personal devices. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Good location, we had a car and they have a garage for the car. We also parked outside in front of the hotel for a couple of nights. We went on a double decker bus and that was just a short walking distance.

The hotel is clean, modern and had all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. You can easily walk to many of the tourist sites. They offer parking in an underground garage. The people that work at the front desk are exceptional, very kind and helpful. I would stay there again.

Fantastic apartments great location lovely staff!
Apartment was really well equipped, clean, modern and fresh. Great arrangement for me and my teenage son and daughter for a two night stay. The most comfortable sofa bed and the the largest that I have ever slept on and two singles for the teenagers, worked really well. Great quality appliances, everything we needed for our stay and so close to the beautiful park, walking distance - for the active - to the Mall, art centre etc in one direction, city centre in another direction and supermarkets near by for the essentials. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

My husband, son & I loved staying at the Ramirez Flats. The room was extremely comfortable with many little extras to help make our stay comfortable and easy. The location is great. Conveniently located to a beautiful large green space that is easily walkable to the beach, the Ciudad de las Artes & Ciences, the City Center, or the metro if you’d prefer. The staff were all exceptional. Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful in providing guidance and recommendations. We loved visiting Valencia and when we return, we will be returning to Ramirez Flats.

The property was clean and well equipped! It was the staff that really made the accommodation stand out for us, everyone we met were really friendly, proactive and very helpful! There was a small issue with the showers hot water, but it was fixed really quickly with the lady on reception following it up, and then the next day the new lady on reception also mentioned the shower and enquired if it’s still ok, excellent customer service!
