We were not informed in advance that the Pool & the sunbathing area around the pool would be completely closed for the duration of our stay…. If we had been notified in advance we would have cancelled our booking and arranged an alternative hotel with those facilities….. when we brought the issue ...

Great location for the aquarium and science museum. Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was small with a few sunbeds - to be expected for a city hotel.
