"We stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had a much better experience than this time. During our recent 10-night stay, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The floors were dirty and were not cleaned even once during our stay, and the rooms had noticeable stains. A lot seems to have changed since 2023, unfortunately not for the better. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the breakfast buffet manager was quite rude—not directly to us, but we overheard him speaking harshly, saying he “only has two hands” and showing attitude toward guests. The location is great, which is a big plus. Still, due to the cleanliness issues and overall decline in service, we would not choose to stay here again."

"It is a nice property but they really need to sort their central heating as you cant change the setting and in the night the temperature goes up to 27 degrees. Not a single night I had a pleasant sleep!!!"

The location was very central and within walking distance to shops and restaurants and major sites like Hagia Sophia Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapı Palace, and Grand Bazaar. "Great 10 night stay. Breakfast was worth it - better than what we could find outside the hotel. Room was nice and clean. Location is perfect. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make it a great visit. Our special thanks to Emrah, the reservations manager and Taha at reception for all their efforts. "Everything was great, just not pleased with breakfast, not a good range. The had french toast but wasn’t cooked well. My omelette wasn’t cooked well. Room was better than the pictures. Location was good. English was good from the staff. I wouldn’t stay again only because of the breakfast. Steam room was nice and free to use. Staff at spa was excellent "
