The location is what sold us on this hotel. Our room in the basement was very small, it did the job but it was definitely tight for 3. The AC was confusing but I think we got it to work. The elevator does not go to the basement so the stairs with the luggage was rough but the staff helped us bring it up which was very kind. Again, great location in the city and around a lot of good shops and restaurants!

We arrived late night Door closed took 25 mins for someone to open from reception even by ringing bell. Staff, not friendly.
