"Sukhmani and Kanchan, provided great and ease in checking in and checking out. Food is truly authentic Indian and tastes absolutely great. Urban tadka is great place to eat, excellent service. Manish provided above and beyond five star service. Suresh is another one with excellent customer experience. Chef Hamendra of urban tadka is amazing, kudos to him for having such an amazing buffet with variety over the days. Pizza by the lake is also amazing. All pizzas here is authentic, very nice ambience and seating by the lake. Frangipani by the lake, what a bar again amazing views!! Loved our stay here, ended up extending our stay by another day!"

The lake view with the views of City palace is another highlight. "The hotel is stunning and the staff very friendly, however, 2 points to mention: - the windows of our lake view room were very dirty, and sealed, which ruined the view. - on the second night, the swimming pool area was closed for a private event, and the guests were not able to access the premises "
