Pequeño Hostal para pasar una noche, bastante incomodas las camas, las tuberias de la calefacción toda la noche sonando y logicamtne tanto aseo, baños al estar fuera de la habitación incomodísimos.

Hostal barato, que al final sale caro

Tuve problemas con la reserva después de habérmela confirmado semanas antes. Me llevaron a otro hostal de los mismos dueños, caminando a 5 minutos de este hotel. La llave no iba del todo correcta, había problemas para cerrar la puerta de la habitación. El baño no disponía de gel ni champú ni toallas... no había donde secarse. No tuvieron ningún detalle por haberme tenido tiempo esperando solucionar el problema de la reserva (baño compartido en vez de privado el cual me había asegurado semanas antes de confirmarlo) ni por el cambio de hotel...

Lo que buscábamos y muy bien situado.

Lo que buscábamos y muy bien situado. La gente del hostal es agradable. Hay un 100 montaditos al lado, perfecto para desayunar nada más levantarse o cenar en caso de llegar tarde y no haberlo hecho en otro sitio.

Localización excelente. Modesto pero aceptable para lo económico de la habitación. Por dos noches pagué aproximadamente la mitad de lo que puedo pagar por una habitación en Burdeos, por ejemplo. Lo único negativo, que tuve la mala suerte de que en la habitación de al lado me tocaron unos jóvenes muy escandalosos, aunque no es culpa directamente del hostal.

No debería llamarse Hostal.

Llegue al lugar y toque el botón que decía recepción y nadie apareció,pregunte en el bar de aun lado y me dijeron habla por teléfono, pregunte a un tipo que entro y me dijo habla por teléfono;en el servicio de hospedaje es importante la atención al cliente y en este lugar no la hay, no entiendo por que una compañía como ustedes se compromete a validar estos servicios, es como si me presentara a un restaurante y que cuando quiera comer le tenga que llamar por teléfono al cocinero y mesero, por favor, vengo de México en una investigación sobre la hospitalidad y después de visitar París, Madrid. Barcelona,Compostela, y otros lugares de España, este el el primer caso y la verdad que tristesa y lo peor es que nunca estuve en el lugar y me cobraron.

Horrible! You can't escape

The room was spacious, but does not have a window. I felt like I am a prisoner. The hotel does not have emergency exit as well. In the case of fire, you are dead. The toilet does not flush after you flushed once. You have to wait more than 15 mins. You can't escape!

Lo barato sale caro...No engañeis por favor..

Decepcionante desde el principio,y me da pena que sitios asi existan para las personas que somos de fuera y con pocos recursos para maniobrar,sé que no voy a cambiar mucho la situación ,pero voy a desahogarme a gusto:En mi caso yo reservé para un dia(menos mal¡¡ )y llegué al Hostal (que debería de llamarse Pensión de los Horrores,porque lo de hostal no lo vi nada claro...)la puerta principal de entrada (Un portal ,vamos...)estaba cerrado,tenian un portero electrónico y ya de principio no estaba claro donde había que llamar para que abrieran la puerta.Una odisea para entrar en el edificio,llamadas,preguntar a la gente de la zona de alrededor...cuando conseguí entrar,gracias a un chiquillo que traia las llaves del edifio, apareció la dueña del hostal,la recepcion en la planta 3ª,sin ascensor,en la puerta del descansillo ,con la puerta entreabierta ,me sentí como un vendedor ambulante de libros,ya desde el principio con un trato frio,seco,con mal rollito en el ambiente...como queriendo terminar rapido la conversación para cerrarte la puerta a cal y canto,y si eso fuera poco la habitación que por fin obtuve,(bueno me la enseñó el chiquillo de las llaves) que estaba en la cuarta planta,mas escaleras de madera crujiente¡¡,un Zulo¡¡con una ventanica que daba al interior de la entrada del piso,con muebles de cuando franco perdió la apalgata de chico...,con ruidos ,humedades,goteras,olor a tabaco por doquier y la calefacción a tope...restos de comida en el suelo...en fin,1 pesadilla¡¡
