"Rooms are very clean however room vents are need to be clean and clear of dirt and dust. I was not comfortable know the central air was blowing into the room through a very dusty vent. Also, it would have been nice if staff informed us at check in that the lunch would not be available the next day. My husband and I planned to order lunch from the lunch menu posted in the elevators so that was a let down."

"Room was a little snug but for the one night we were there it was perfect. The glass on the shower door was so clean I may or may not have run into it thinking the shower was open. 😁 If in the area again, we would stay here."

"Hotel was very nice. Cost for parking at hotels now is a new money grab but ok, that is taken out of the incidental deposit. Floors in lobby and elevator wet from pool guest going to and from pool and rooms. Wifi was pretty bad, I couldnt use my laptop as well as me turning the wifi off on my phone and my cellular data was just as bad when in room. I did not like that housekeeping knocked on my room door 3 TIMES a hour in a half before check out to ask me if i was indeed leaving by 11am. The first knock startled me out my sleep and i was unsure of what I heard so i just laid there. Second time I was getting up and before I could get there another knock came. That is very disturbing for someone who is resting for a travel ahead. If I didnt extend my stay with the front desk then yes I am leaving "at 11". Overall my experience was very quiet and enjoyed. I love that the tvs have streaming log in availability. The tv guide did not load all night but we managed. We were upgraded to a suite and we truly appreciated the space. Rooms were very clean and cozy. Front desk staff were very nice and informational. Loved the apple cucumber complimentary water in the hall outside the elevator. I will be returning."
