"The hotel was lovely. It’s a really nice hotel, great location being in the centre of Lyndhurst but surprisingly ample parking too, behind the hotel. Staff were really helpful and attentive. Peter at the front desk and Danielle in the restaurant and bar stood out the most due to their friendliness and attentiveness. "This was a trip with our dogs which turned out to be outstanding. Super dog friendly hotel and staff. Room overlooking the cricket ground with good balcony ( apart from glass sides). Match on the Friday was an education for a non cricket person. Walks for muts were fabulous and straight from hotel. Breakfast was very pleasant. All in all a very nice stay and a huge surprise as the Hilton didn’t feel like a huge soulless chain. Will stay again. "
