"Modern and clean, had a nice partial ocean view from the bed. The bathroom was spotless with a nice large walk in shower complete with overhead rain shower head. Staff were attentive and courteous. Had a drink in the hotel lounge that actually was amazing. Then used the complementary transportation which was a nice Mercedes SUV and the driver was hilarious. We laughed all the way to and from dinner ! Great stay and stress free!"

"we booked three nights but only stayed one….hotel is under construction so we had no hot water, breakfast was grab and go…no tea or coffee….booked this place for the pool….pool is closed down…. was happy to get a refund but now i have been charged an extra night on my visa from them….no one at hotel knows how or why!!! "Absolutely fantastic! The only slight problem was thinness of walls, which is beyond their control. We could hear people in the hallway & nearby rooms as if they were in our room. Staff we’re amazingly helpful & friendly. The room, halls, pool area, & breakfast room were very clean & well maintained. Wide variety of choices for breakfast. & lastly, I appreciated them allowing us an extended check out because of a medical situation we incurred. Will definitely visit again!"
