"The hotel staff are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. My only constructive criticism is that the water from the shower either has little or no pressure in the mornings, and it’s very difficult to regulate the temperature. It was either scalding, hot or freezing cold. Also breakfast was disappointing as unless you got there literally at 7:30 everything was cold, I am aware they sealed the silver platters with hot water, but there didn’t appear to be any candles keeping the hot water hot. Therefore the food was cold. We did have omelettes this morning our last day and only wish we are done that previously in the week but couldn’t see it advertised that they were available. "

"We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was well kept. It is in a good location close to the town but not on the main street. It was easy to get to and had parking."

"The hotel, including rooms and common areas, was exceptionally clean and furnished to a high standard. The staff were all friendly, in particular the housekeeping team who did a brilliant job with a smile every day. The hotel is well located for a number of areas around Lake Garda. Would absolutely stay again."
