This resort is an ideal location to ski in Balme / Le tour area. Staffs are friendly. If you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxed. This is the one for you.

Short walk from train to hotel. Clean, comfortable room. Check-in required deposit which was returned after room inspection by check-out staff. No breakfast available as onsite restaurant was closed for season; one very good option for dinner nearby.

We’ve been to this hotel 3 years ago and we loved it. That’s why we returned this year. The place is nice, good parking, close to the train, nice pool, nice view, clean. But this time the furniture was no longer in good condition: bed was broken, the couch also had a problem - was difficult to sleep, the chairs looked bad even if they had a cover. And it wasn’t only in our room as our friends had the same in their apartment. That’s a pitty as the property is great.

Excellent séjour

L'appart est grand : pièce de vie, 2 chambres, 2 sdb, 2 WC, grand balcon à l'abri. Tout est pratique. Arrivé en fin de saison hivernale, ce fut très calme. Aucun bruit dans les couloirs. Piscine très agréable : bien chauffée, grande, lumineuse avec vue sur la montagne. Hors saison, à Vallorcine, il n'y a rien. Il faut faire ses course à 8 km mais aucun soucis car on passe par là tous les jours au retour des ballades.

Hotel bien placé. Personnel aimable ! Par contre restaurant ouvert au petit bonheur la chance. Bar fermé à 20h30 /21h00 Peu d'ambiance ! Jacuzzi sans bulles ! Ascenceur ne fonctionnant pas la nuit ?? Donc aucun service !

Emplacement top. Au calme, en fond de vallée, loin de l'agitation des autres domaines proches de Chamonix - mais auxquels on peut accéder en transports ou voiture plutôt facilement. La proximité de la télécabine pour accéder au domaine de Balme est un vrai plus ! On peut tout faire à pied. Appartements avec un certain charme. Super séjour.

Le confort est de moins en moins présent

Emplacement idéal auprès du télécabine Pour y avoir fréquenté l'établissement à plusieurs reprises, certaines choses vieillissent : Dans l'appartement, le canapé, les oreillers du lit , la moquette , l'aspirateur sont à changer ! L'accueil est aujourd'hui plus tourné vers les différentes cautions ( clefs, animal..) que sur la résidence ! Pas de restauration tous les jours dans une telle résidence !!

Pas au niveau des 4 étoiles affichées à l’entrée!

En séjour d’une semaine en studio. Les communs sont agréables et propres mais l’appartement est très sommaire, sans charme, pas très bien équipé et surtout la literie est en dessous de l’acceptable!!! Beaucoup de petits détails font que rien dans le séjour n’est fluide, ça commence par un mail d’accueil incompréhensible en néerlandais qui nous donne des informations fausses (heures d’ouverture de la réception…), des interrupteurs qui ne fonctionnent pas (en fait il faut utiliser celui qui se trouve derrière l’armoire…), de l’eau froide dans les douches de l’espace bien être, l’impossibilité de faire fonctionner la télévision le soir (qui demande un login et un mot de passe), l’incapacité de la réception à nous réserver une table dans le restaurant de l’établissement (même si le personnel est sympathique on pourrait s’attendre à plus efficace du coup)… bref de petites choses sans beaucoup d’importance individuellement mais qui finissent par agacer par accumulation…

Très bon séjour. L’appartement était très propre à notre arrivée, les lits faits et le nécessaire de toilette est fourni. Il y a la possède commander des viennoiseries et du pain pour le lendemain. La piscine état bien entretenue et sur inscription à cause du covid donc un point positif! Je recommande vivement cet établissement.
