In addition, one ceiling light was positioned in front of the tv , which was positioned very high on the wall. When you watched tv you had to turn the light off , but then there were no other lights on except a bathroom light. I would add a second chair to a room made for two people. "Wha a gem and a wonderful surprise. This hotel is part of a castle that is part of a small medieval town. Loved it and would go back. Though small in terms of rooms, the property has a simple but wonderful bistro on site."

"This hotel is quite remote but if you are looking for peace and quiet it is ideal. The buildings and rooms are traditional and spacious. Ahmed, the host, was exceptional in his one to one service to each guest. There is a local restaurant but it was not open during my stay but Ahmed made a 3 course dinner with drinks each evening which was simple but exceptional. As a chain hotel addict, this stay has certainly made me appreciate the personal touch that small, private hotels can bring. Will definitely return."
