"Overall a great stay. At check in was told absolutely no smoking, walked into my room and the toilet seat had a burn mark on it. Room was very clean and comfortable. The 1 thing that was disappointing was that the toilet was the same height as the trash can and the door in the bathroom just about met the toilet."

They seem to go out of their way to make sure that everyone is comfortable. Highly recommended them throughout the hotel industry. Lessons could be learned. More hotels should be like them. I have been staying here for awhile because I’m waiting for my living situation is complete. I will truly miss the Chester inn and suites. It’s a pleasure writing about the hotel."
