Checking in I asked for highest room possible. Not familiar with property, was given 2nd floor room. Beware! You will hear every move of the people above you. Amplified. The hotel was very clean, fitness room fully equipped but the noise from other rooms will keep you awake. No coffee maker in room but nice coffee bar in lobby. Breakfast was typical continental style but ok. I will never stay here again

Rooms were clean, had soap, shampoo etc. But no coffee machine or microwave. BUT there was a coffee machine in their kitchen area that not only made coffee on demand but ground the beans beforehand. Very good coffee. One of the items for breakfast was real oatmeal in a pot. Their food items were set up in a different circular arrangement that made getting your items easier. I know this doesn’t sound like a big deal but we were on the tail end of a 10 day car trip and we appreciated something different.

First on their website it listed pets at 25$. When we arrived we were told it’s $45. After I mentioned the discrepancy the staff said “well do you want to cancel then”? After a 13 hour drive and it’s 10pm at night. Right. Then the elephants in the room above us - it must of been feeding time because they were stomping all night even after numerous calls to complain. On top of that well over 200$ for a night! Not again.

No fresh fruit at breakfast :( I personally like to take a piece of fresh fruit with me in the morning and a cup of coffee when I hit the road. The hotel room was perfect. However, the floors were not clean. You might reconsider the type of mops you’re using on a textured floor.

Our stay was okay: building, room, bed, bath. If all you need is a good bed this place is it. I wished there was some sort of plastic cups available in the room. The corner of the bottom sheet came right off after turning over. The TV was big.

I was expecting a little bit more for the price I paid. It was the most expensive hotel in Van Horn. Very basic room two beds, tv and a desk chair. No other chair for second person to sit in. No ice bucket and no glasses. Very small bathroom. On the whole just an average hotel not worth the extra that I paid
