"Twrrible motel. Rude management. No guests allowed Bad TV Ugly rooms. Lame shower. No ice machine .I will leave when zoO can. I hope to get a lawyer. for pain and suffering. I may die because of this.Want refund, won't get it. Shocking. Stay away. Dhocking . "

"Room was cramped and dingy; bathroom was not clean; the two-queen rooms were clearly designed for two doubles and don't really fit the two queens. Freeway is loud and the windows are thin/unsealed. Feels like a 1980s motel, not a nice hotel."

"The Hampton Inn by Hilton North Hollywood is clean, staff are friendly and provided us with good breakfast. At first, we thought the surrounding area was a little sketchy. However, the service we received outweighs the surrounding area. We felt safe knowing that there’s a security especially monitoring the parking underground the building. We felt safe and it was pretty quiet. The staff was nice. The front desk sent me a text to check if everything is going well so far. We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Universal Studios Hollywood. In the mornings, the GPS suggested that we took the side streets. Within 10-15mins front the hotel, we are already at Universal Studios parking. We took advantage of their breakfast. Good selection and tasted great! Ms. Gloria from the breakfast area was so hard working making sure everything was replenished and clean! I was really impressed by her moving so fast! I didn’t see her slowing down at all. Overall, I would stay here again with my family. It’s very convenient, safe, clean, and great staff! Thank you for making us feel welcome! "

"Still love this hotel but still hate the smell in the lobby. I thought they had fixed it when I first arrived, but alas, not. They use some kind of air freshener that is noxious. It would be 5 stars if that were eliminated."

"First our check in was great friendly staff she was awesome, we had a guest for couple of hours that drove 2hours to see us an the parking was no issue, the room clean super big the bathroom huge and spotless, beds clean and comfortable a/c, breakfast was delicious mini buffet from waffles to eggs to cereal fruit and more but all delicious and wonderful the staff so friendly and nice family of 4 with 2 toddlers we loved it and worth every penny we are definitely staying here again on our next trip to universal studios oh yeah it was a 8-9min drive to get there it was perfect 👌 and grocery store across the street & Starbucks near and this taco stand that’s right in front lol bomb tacos 😅… but definitely great stay (5⭐️)"
