It was undergoing renovations. It was dusty and dirty. $170 for a bare minimum room. The room seemed outdated, the bathroom specifically. Great service from the front desk and the shuttle to the airport was great. Easy check in.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The lobby looks like a war zone. The staff are doing admirably considering the conditions. I am sure things will be better soon.

The whole lobby was under Renovations. Soiled bed cover. Pink mold around tub. stained walls that are marked up I reported this to staff when I arrived in the early afternoon and when I got back in the evening from my event nothing was done. they said sorry. Never again! Slept on top of the covers.

The property is under renovation, when my taxi dropped me off. I thought I entered a construction site. Taxi drop off at the back door, wooden boards were covered from ceiling to floor, no entrance. I was confused, not sure if it was a hotel. As I open the entrance door, clothes covered from ceiling to floor, around the whole lobby area, the cash register is open, a lady was standing there, couple construction worker or hotel staff was seating on the folding chair. Floor is dusty duty to construction. I asked is the hotel open? The lady told me it’s, but I don’t feel comfortable. And asked if there is siblings hotel could take us. She said no. I asked to cancel, she said it’s too late. I didn’t stay.

We were only there for a short time getting in later in the evening and leaving early in the morning to catch a flight. The front desk staff were very helpful and they had some breakfast goodies ready early for us before we took the free airport transportation from the hotel.

My ceiling in the bathroom was leaking badly overnight, causing the floor to be very slippery. The staff “weren’t able” to do anything to make up for this due to the fact that I booked over Expedia.

The heater in the room was so loud it kept me up most of the night! Tub was not clean so was unable to soak! Breakfast was late (finally showed up just as i had to leave for airport) I was only able to grab a yogurt and run...that was 7am when we left, it was supposed to be ready at 6:30. I was also never told that this hotel was under construction.

Outdated, hence the ongoing renovation. Room (complete coffee set, microwave and kettle) and bathroom are clean. Fresh smelling linen and towels. Free breakfast is filling. Available from 630 am to 930 am. Bread, spreads, yogurt, coffee, sausage links, scrambled egg, bananas and more. I got good value for my money at Quality hotel. Shuttle to the airport is free (gratuity for driver and room attendant is optional but I encourage). Shuttle leaves at 35 minutes on the hour (eg.1135...kindly check with front desk). Overall, I recommend this hotel for an overnight stay and not break your wallet. It's clean, and airport shuttle is available and free.
