The hotel was newly renovated and the rooms were beautiful! The view from our room was phenomenal! Victor was spectacular. We arrived early and he was able to store our luggage. He gave us great suggestions for things to do while in Vancouver. Would stay there again!

The staff were super nice and friendly. Since the hotel is totally renovated with new addition after changing brand, everything was very clean and fresh. The rooms also appear to be very well insulated. We didn’t hear any noise from the road or airplanes, which made the stay especially comfortable and peaceful. We love the room with a big window & the view from the room is good. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel!

I loved the central location of the hotel. We walked into the lobby and it smelled wonderful. The staff were welcoming and followed up once we arrived on our room. The facility was nice and new which I liked. The only think I didn’t like was having to pay $20 for outdoor parking;(
