We only stayed a few hours for our flight overlay. The hotel is IN the airport terminal. Excellent location for flight layovers. Staff geared to get you settled and back on a flight with efficient service.

Had a wonderful stay! Very easy and safe parking in the driveway. The host was very accommodating and we had a pleasant experience staying here. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and not far from the shopping centers. Our son enjoyed the time spent with the host and their child. Thank you ...

Richmond or Travelodge? I had a problem with my bill. Noone could help, or wanted to. I was very unimpressed by their non-existent communication system. I will not go there again...or Travelodge. Not sure which is which. The hierarchy are hidden!
Only in Richmond one day so only had a chance to visit Vancouver waterfront and centre
Good shopping and dining. Steveston well worth a visit.

The area immediately around the hotel was extremely ugly.
