"We were picked up at airport shuttle designated area on time. This service is free. After a 15 minute ride we unloaded with help from they very courteous driver. We were greeted at the front desk by a very pleasant and polite front desk personnel who expedited our check-in. The room was comfortable, room temperature perfect, king bed very comfortable, likewise pillows. Bathroom shower had lots of pressure and hot water. Requested wake-up call was on time and we met shuttle to return to airport as per scheduled by front desk. Driver was very helpful. "

"It was a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved it. The only thing that could have been better would have been if the pool was warmer. It was so cold, my 2 year old couldn’t stay in for longer than 15 min. "

"We were greeted warmly and friendly. The staff understood that we needed to store our luggage since we were early to our check-in. We also had friends who were with us but departing that evening. They allowed us to store their luggage as well and, got us a room so our physically disabled friend could rest. I can't say enough about how the staff was so accommodating! They were just fantastic!
