"Traveled here for a friend’s birthday. To this day, this is still the prettiest, nicest and fanciest hotel experience we ever had. Location is great of course in Coal Harbor. Our room had panoramic views of the city and a deep soaking tub. The “turn down” service they offered was also such a nice little treat that put smiles on our faces. We ordered room service for breakfast and food was wonderful and they kindly set it all up for us on nice portable tables even. Highly recommend this hotel for special occasions."

"The hotel was excellent value for money so convenient for the airport with the shuttle Only down side was the noise our room was at the front of the hotel even though it was the 10 th floor the traffic noise was bad . We didn’t have a log of sleep sirens and general traffic noise all night long . Wish we had a room at the rear ."

"I loved how close it was to everything. A variety of food and shopping was all within walking distance. Their airport shuttle service was excellent and the onsite amenities was exceptional. Even though they were servicing one of the 2 elevators on site, They allowed guest to access the service elevator which meant we never had to wait very long for one."

"Room is clean and spacious. The area is pretty nice and have an ice rank and movie theater right next to the hotel. The amenities are exceptional, free breakfast, swimming pool and hot tub are awesome. The only thing that I really have to criticize would be the building is a bit dated and the mattress is too soft for my own preference."
