"We were admittedly apprehensive about staying at the property due to past experiences, but decided to give it another chance as we were attending a concert at the OLG Stage and wanted the convenience of staying nearby after driving in from the city on a Friday. Unfortunately, the experience was once again disappointing. The property is in poor condition and feels quite run down overall. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and throughout the night I could hear both the elevator and noise from neighbouring rooms through the vent. The check-in line was also extremely long, close to half an hour, and it was frustrating to then learn that parking was unexpectedly offsite. The whirlpool tub was unusable due to a silverfish in it, and despite arranging a late checkout, housekeeping entered the room while I was changing. I do want to acknowledge that the staff were doing their best, and I appreciated that the offsite parking fee was compensated. However, the $55 credit does not adequately reflect or compensate for the overall experience. Paying $390.21 for this level of accommodation and service is honestly quite shocking and not at all what I would expect from a Hilton property."

"A great hotel, badly let down by the restaurant. Slow service, high prices, and staff that behave like they’d rather be somewhere else. The rest of the hotel stay was fantastic though. Wonderful room, a smooth check in, a very convenient coffee shop and a lovely little store just off the lobby. "
