"The pool was so cold and the hot tub was unbelievably HOT - everyone came out of the hot tub after just spending 3 or 4 minutes in it with red skin the water was so hot. Either they don't want anyone to actually enjoy their time in the pool area, or the temperatures were out of control for our stay."

I removed a star because of the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. I had travelled with my adult son and so slept on the sofa bed for a couple of nights and ended up with body pain. It was as if I was sleeping directly on the spring. The bed on the other hand according to my son was very comfortable. "
